Vietnamese edtech startup TEKY Alpha JSC has raised $5 million in funding from Singapore-based impact investment firm Sweef Capital and existing investor Strategic Year Holdings, a Hong Kong-based investment company with an education focus. This marks Sweef’s first investment from its Southeast Asia Women’s Economic Empowerment Fund.
The investment will support the expansion of TEKY’s educational services in Vietnam’s public school system and after-school programmes for children aged five to 18, according to an announcement.
